“Stories: Societies’ Superglue”
Teacher, librarian, and Writing for Pleasure regular, Barbara Webber, will talk about the importance of stories and storytelling, both historically and in today’s world. Included will be stories that have been her favorites and that have had great influence in her life, as well as some of her own delightful works. She will also present ideas for how we can write our own stories.

The speaker will be Dennis Holder, writer and humorist, whose comical “cookbook reviews” in the Fluvanna Review will speak on incorporating humor into writing.

Monthly Coffee House is free and open to the public.
