Gentle Yoga is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Postures are approached in gradual steps with plenty of time to focus on breathings and repetition so the practice is easy to do and simple to remember. We focus on adaptation of yoga to the individual and not the other way around. The practice of Gentle Yoga leads to increased mobility, better balance and ease in the body.
