National Senior Health and Fitness DayWednesday, May 31, 2017 at 8:30am
It’s the nation’s largest older adult health and wellness event, with more than 1,000 local organizations hosting events for more than 100,000 seniors across the country. The Senior Center will celebrate by offering complimentary fitness classes that day (signed waiver is required prior to participating in a class). Enjoy a yogurt and bagel bar, nutrition lecture, and more!
