Calcium is important for strong bones and proper body functions. Are you getting enough in your daily diet? During the May 23rd class, learn how to identify calcium in your daily menu. You will then track your intake for a few days and then return for the May 30th class to discuss the results. Take the challenge! Free and open to the community.
