This is a four part program designed to teach critical thinking skills around nutrition and healthy eating to improve the quality of your life. This class is designed to teach food and nutrients that are important to senior health and how to incorporate these foods in your diet. You will understand how to store, prepare, and cook food for optimal use. The fourth class will be a cooking demonstration incorporating all that you have learned and lunch! Members: $30, Guests: $40. Must have 10 enrolled for class to be held.
