MOTOS will change the way you walk and move! MOTOS are useful movements that can be woven into an ordinary walk or hike. Learn how to use environmental objects as exercise props; gain balance, strength, flexibility and endurance; and incorporate strategies to improve mental sharpness. This informational workshop is for all levels of fitness ability. The plan is to start the actual groups in the near future, so please attend if interested! Dan Kulund, retired orthopedic surgeon and former Air Force Chief of Health Promotion will lead the presentation.
