Join the fun at the Fall Open House

September 6th–September 12th 

Fall is just around the corner and what a better time get active and involved! Grab your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and join us for our annual Fall Open House! The celebration starts with a special Kick-Off Party on Saturday, September 6th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. This free event features refreshments, entertainment, prizes, demonstrations, tours, and an opportunity to learn about our 100+ programs! Plus, if you become a member during the Kick-Off Party, you'll receive 14 months for the price of 12!!

Following the Kick-Off Party, the Senior Center will open its doors to the community September 7th through the 12th to allow everyone the chance to participate in the day-to-day activities we offer. A schedule of all the special events, along with the programs happening during the week, will be available at the Kick-Off Party. Didn't join during the Kick-Off Party?

Become a member during the week's festivities and get 13 months for the price of 12!

Highlights include:
-Free computer instruction any morning September 8-12, (provided you call Dawn at 974-1956, or Marion at 973-9242, at least 24 hours in advance for an appointment).
-September 8: 1:30 p.m. Semi-Annual English Style Tea. For reservations call Front Desk.
-September 9: 11 a.m. “A Simplicity Plan for Pre-arrangements”. Call Front Desk for reservations.
-September 10: 12:30-5:30 p.m. Active Aging Fair September 11: 11:30 a.m. 17th anniversary luncheon to celebrate our building’s birthday with cake and punch. Call Front Desk for reservations.

This week is a great opportunity to discover why the Senior Center recently received the Best Practices award from the Commonwealth Council on Aging and is a finalist in Nustep’s Pinnacle Award. (We are one of only three NATIONAL finalists).

Spread the word because this year's event is sure to be crackling with excitement and is a great opportunity to see the Center in action.
