What’s Next for You on this Road Called Life?
Some changes happen that leave us wondering if we’ll be able to adapt and ever feel good again. Some changes are conscious efforts to find renewed energy and passion. Whether you are facing something you didn’t choose or are seeking something new, consider talking with someone who’s "been there." The Next Chapter Peer Coaches are available to help you explore options and discover resources when you face or seek a transition. Stop by the Front Desk to complete a simple form and a Peer Coach will contact you to schedule up to five one-on-one meetings to help direct you and connect you to your next chapter. Your confidentiality is assured.
If you wish to do some exploration on the Internet, Senior Center members Sally and Don Clark are trained to assist you in your search on The Next Chapter Resource Bank and SeniorNavigator website – call 295-7199 for assistance over the phone or to schedule to meet in the Senior Center Computer Lab.
