Peer Coaching matches you one-on-one with a volunteer
Peer Coach trained to focus on you, your experiences, dreams and
aspirations. Together you will identify hopes and dreams and develop an
action plan to turn your dreams into reality in your Next
Chapter. All appointments are confidential.
In addition to peer coaching with those who’ve “been there,” as of August 2007,
we partner with the Virginia Employment Commission (VEC) to make available
coaching for those who are: (1) interested in finding a new career path
for pre- or post-retirement and (2) retired and interested in gainful
employment to keep busy, remain engaged, utilize wisdom and skills
gained over the years, and/or maintain certain standard of living.
