JABA Care Connections

The Senior Center, Inc. continues their partnership with JABA through the JABA Care Connections program. This program will have JABA Care Coordinator, Tania Kitchen, at the Center every other Wednesday from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. Tania will be available to meet with individuals privately and confidentially to assist with such issues as long-term care planning, home health needs, transportation needs, and other care issues concerning themselves, a friend, or family member. Members can schedule an appointment at the reception desk by calling 974-7756. Tania can be reached at 817-5253.
