Laughter Gathering
Group
Gather your laughter, a pillow, blanket or yoga mat, and leave
your inhibitions at home. Class is led by Leigh Meredith, certified
Laughter Yoga instructor, through Yogaville. Laughter Gatherings begin
with easy stretches and warm-up exercises, followed by brief education
about the many benefits of laughter, Laughter Games, a Laughter
Meditation, and end with a truly relaxing silent meditation. Belly
laughter has measurable benefits on the heart, blood sugar and stress,
circulation, immune system, and the list goes on. Laughter is socially
contagious, so join us for a laugh or two. Please register at the Front
Desk so we have space for you.
