Sacred Silence Meditation Friday, August 8th from
2:00-3:30 p.m.
Meditation provides stress relief, assists centering and relaxation.
Michael Jabalee, M.Ac. presents the teachings of Stalking Wolf, Apache
medicine man, related to meditation. This form is easy to learn and
quickly gets a person in touch with the depth of inner silence and peace,
and more easily connects to the "still, small voice of the heart". It is
very dynamic; therefore, a wonderful technique to learn for those who have
difficulty quieting their minds. The session will teach the basic form to
quiet the mind and achieve the meditative state and how to incorporate it
into daily practice. Register at the Front
Desk. $10 for members and $14 for guests.
