This is a member-led group that consists primarily of stretching and light weightlifting following instructions from an audiotape. Bands and hand weights of 1, 2, or 3 pounds are furnished; you may also bring your own equipment. Our program has no upper age limit and works with most physical challenges. This friendly bunch welcomes new participants.
