World of Walking and Motos

Spring into summer walking with Dan Kulund, who is a retired orthopedic and a proud pedestrian. Learn good walking form and try out lots of specialty walks. You'll weave simple movements - called Motos - into otherwise ordinary walks. You'll also learn how to transform man-made objects and natural features - like benches, walls and trees - into movement props. As a bonus, you'll master the novel Alphabet Walking Challenge to preserve cognition as you get older. Free to members of all walking abilities.

Join Dan Kulund (Walkman Dan) in this 90 minute activity and learn how to weave simple movements (Motos) and hiking stick skills into a woodland walk. As a bonus, you will master the novel "Alphabet Walking Challenge" to preserve cognition as you get older. Dr.Kulund is the former Orthopedic Fitness advisor to Air Force Basic Military Training.
