World of Walking and Motos

World of Walking and Motos
Monday, May 14, 2018

Details:

Spring into summer walking with Dan Kulund, who is a retired orthopedic and a proud pedestrian.  Learn good walking form and try out lots of specialty walks.  You'll weave simple movements - called Motos - into otherwise ordinary walks.  You'll also learn how to transform man-made objects and natural features - like benches, walls and trees - into movement props.  As a bonus, you'll master the novel Alphabet Walking Challenge to preserve cognition as you get older.  Free to members of all walking abilities.
