So you have some money tucked away and it's not making any interest and you're not familiar with investment options. What types of investments should you consider? How does your personal situation impact how to invest? How can you avoid common investment mistakes? How do taxes, inflation, and investment expenses impact your investments? Learn all this and more!
Participants will learn to understand how compounding interest affects investment growth. Tools and formulas will be introduced. The benefits and risks of investing will be examined.
In this session you will:

- Become comfortable with investment lingo (index, performance, benchmark, asset allocation, annuity, tax deferred, etc.)
- Take the mystery (and scariness) out of investing
