Making Changes for the New Year - The two most important resolutions we all try to make are to exercise more, and simplify our lives.  Staff from the Boars Head Sports Club will be on hand to show folks who don't like to exercise; that exercise can be more like a spa experience than a visit to the gym.  Allison Mitchell, BSc., BSN, RN, CD specialist will show you how to enjoy simplifying your home and your life.
